Laura Kelsey Rhodes worked her way up to Director of Attorney Training in the Maryland Public Defender's Office before entering private practice. She has handled federal court cases from embezzlement to criminal RICO conspiracies.  Her representation of a woman accused of simultaneously “driving too slowly” and “fleeing” from police resulted in a “not guilty” verdict and attracted national attention.
