The partners of our firm began their work as public defenders. Laura Kelsey Rhodes was Chief of the Drug Defense Division in Prince George’s County’s Public Defender Office, and Anne K. Albright was counsel for the Persistent Offender Task Force of the Seattle-King County Public Defender’s Association. Both have taught several classes and seminars and received many awards. Each matter is staffed by a managing member of the firm, along with paralegals, investigators, and / or clerical support, in a manner maximizing cost-effectiveness.
